Looking for advise and direction in to applying for working rights in Canada. we are a family of 3 who are looking at emigrating over to BC, (Kelowna area) We are uk born citizens, but for the past 15 years we having been living in Australia its time for a change.

Male 39 Mechanical engineer / Heavy diesel mechanic in the mining industry for the past 15 years.
Female 38 Nurse Paediatricians for the past 3 years.
8 year old daughter.
So far i have got my ielts test booked for July, and i have applied to BC to have my skills assessed then i have a 2 year window to conduct my red seal exam.
What visa do you recommend applying for which direction to go in? And also what other documents i would require? is it worth engaging a visa agent to assist or is the process of applying pretty straight forward?
