PR card renewal sitting in summited for month now

hi,
my parent pr card renewal application was submitted on march 19, inspect shows "complete since april4 and they still awaiting for their renewed card. is anyone on same boat? as per the processing time, they have reached 60 days processing time limit from the time application submitted.

should web form be generated? if yes, how to initiate it? Please advise.

I also want to update my case status. On May 23rd, I submit a urgent request, I received my card yesterday on May 30th. I am not sure if this is due to the urgent request or my card was aleady on the way from my original application. Good luck everyone! thanks for the help with the Chrome browser hack!
